Sure, all Surveyors are one solid colour with the logos in a contrasting single colour. But how can you make one colour actually a spectrum of change? We have a few tools in our box that can achieve this.

This colour, blue with a side of grey, starts off with mixing 3 colours in a specific ratio, Dark Blue Silver > Grey Flannel > Ocean Sky. We then add a percentage of gold powder (yes, actual gold) that gives it a slight velvet texture and a warm reflection of light. On top of that goes the first clear coat with an iridescent powder additive that gives it the colour shift from blue to teal. These three combined gives a textured base with a smooth gloss finish that changes depending on the environment around it, where you are in its environment and where your eyes are focussed.
