We hand make every Surveyor in our aerospace grade composites facility in Toronto, Canada. Our pre-order build queue is well on its way, but spots are open for 2025 delivery. By putting a deposit down, you hold your spot in line and ensure delivery.
GET ON THE LIST IN 4 STEPS
PAY DEPOSIT
Every complete Surveyor and Frameset have an option to either pay a $1000cad deposit or the full amount when ordering. In the "Pre-Order" section you can select the option that suits you best. When selecting "Deposit" you will pay $1000 now, and the balance prior to production commencing.
Once you complete the order, your spot is reserved.
FOLLOW-UP
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to make sure all the information is correct. We will work with you to determine how to best set up your bike. Things like bar height and saddle position will be determined.
This is also a great time to discuss any custom requests (colour, components, etc.) and add any upgrades or add-ons.
BALANCE OWING
Before we begin assembling your bike at our Toronto facility, we will send an invoice for the owing amount. The amount will vary depending on the components you chose, but will be the remaining balance of the total purchase price. From this point on, this Surveyor is yours.
The build process will take between 4-6 weeks.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY
When the finishing touches have been put on your bike, we will arrange for pick-up or delivery. If you chose and paid for delivery, we will pack your bike (90% assembled) into our custom shipping box and have it delivered to the address provided. You will be provided a tracking number via email so you can follow it along the route.

TIMELINES
Manufacturing and delivery dates are best estimates. This date can change to be either sooner or later depending on order volume, production scheduling, size, colour, component choices, etc. We are always happy to provide updates and will do our best to deliver no later than estimated at time of deposit.
REFUNDS
This deposit is non refundable, but is transferable up to the time of balance being paid.
ORDER CHANGES
An order can be changed up to the time of balance being paid. This includes, but is not limited to, size changes, colour changes, component changes, delivery date delays, changes to upgrades or add-ons, customizations, etc.
NON-PAYMENTS
If the balance of an order is not paid within 30 days of invoice issue, your order will be moved to the end of our production list (unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior).
